Absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating. Anthony was punctual, professional and quickly resolved the problem with our garage doors. I purchased 3 of the Carriage Garage Doors with the large windows two years ago and still receive comments as to how the doors compliment the overall appearance of the property. I would highly recommend this vendor if considering new garage doors.

December 22, Friday before Christmas, one of the torsion spring broke on our garage door, I called several companies and no one could come until after Christmas. We do garage our cars and it’s our main entrance. I called Precision and they were able to get someone out that very day. Cody called me with an eta and showed up on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me what needed to be done and gave advice on other parts that should probably be replaced. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and we are able to use our door again. Thank you for the exceptional services, I will definitely recommend Precision and Cody in the future!

The service was excellent from my initial phone explaining charges clearly and making the appointment. The technician arrived in the designated time frame, assessed the problem, explained the cost and had the needed materials delivered. I called about 9am on 8/14/2023 with an issue with my garage door opener. The person (very helpful) said they could give me an appointment between 10and noon. I received a call and text about 10 and Anthony said he would be to my house in about twenty minutes. He showed up and we decided I needed a new opener. Gave all options available and I decided on the $699 one. Anthony installed the new one and was so nice and helpful. He made the process very easy. I just wanted to say my whole experience with your company was excellent from start to finish. Anthony did an awesome job.

Anthony F. was absolutely wonderful! He got to our house closer to the end of the 2 hour window which was okay, but got everything done quickly & explained in detail why he was doing all the things that needed to be done. He was so so friendly, communicative, and helpful. We just moved into our house last year and have never had a garage before so he gave us some tips and tricks for maintenance as well. Left our garage as clean as if he never came to begin with! Definitely will be calling back and asking for him if we need anything in the future! Thanks Anthony! :)
