I called about 9am on 8/14/2023 with an issue with my garage door opener. The person (very helpful) said they could give me an appointment between 10and noon. I received a call and text about 10 and Anthony said he would be to my house in about twenty minutes. He showed up and we decided I needed a new opener. Gave all options available and I decided on the $699 one. Anthony installed the new one and was so nice and helpful. He made the process very easy. I just wanted to say my whole experience with your company was excellent from start to finish. Anthony did an awesome job.

Anthony F. was absolutely wonderful! He got to our house closer to the end of the 2 hour window which was okay, but got everything done quickly & explained in detail why he was doing all the things that needed to be done. He was so so friendly, communicative, and helpful. We just moved into our house last year and have never had a garage before so he gave us some tips and tricks for maintenance as well. Left our garage as clean as if he never came to begin with! Definitely will be calling back and asking for him if we need anything in the future! Thanks Anthony! :)

Pleasantly surprised. The tech who serviced my garage door opener was superb. He knew what he was doing. He also did not rush through the job but looked at everything in great detail. He was able to fix the assigned problem (A previous installer had left the job with cuts in the wires to the sensors...in 2 places) as well as going some anticipatory guidance. It is great to see a business where the employee cares about what he is doing and does an excellent job. An uplifting experience in contrast to the rest of the world.
