The garage door purchased through Precision looks fantastic- 100% improvement over the old wood door. The installation crew led by Gerry took the time to fit the door perfectly, Gerry called to make sure the window section was where I wanted it to be, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend.

One of Our problems wasn’t addressed. The doors are squealing so the tech recommended replacing the rollers. The squealing is loud and just as persistent as before the new rollers.

From my phone call on I knew I made the right choice. The customer service rep (who actually answered the phone) listened to my problem (heavy old garage door with broken cables and a husband in a wheelchair whose ramp was in the garage). Joe came the next morning, promptly repaired it and when I inquired about replacing the door he did a great job of explaining my options. Including no charge for the service call and if the door should need repair again before the replacement arrives, its covered. Joe was.very helpful with ordering the replacement and I feel its a good value.

After breaking an extension spring last night, I called this morning and had a technician on-site within hours. The woman who dispatched my call was wonderful, thorough, and professional. Scott was here less than 20 minutes and charged me $145.00 dollars for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! My garage door is in the same condition that it was before he came. I am not Satisfied! Right now I am also making a complaint to the BBB. BTW Scott asked me if he could put my initials on his computer and I said NO! When he asked me why I told him that I am not Satisfied with him for doing nothing.

A tech was available the same day I called for service for a garage door opener. Mike did the door safety check as explained on web site and determined the garage door needed repair. He had all necessary equipment to handle the repair. He clearly explained everything to me and presented me with options for repair. He did not pressure me in anyway to do repair with him. I choose the recommended option. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the complete process. I would definitely recommend this company.

My technician, Joe, was experience courteous and professional. He assess what was wrong, gave me options on pricing and explained the difference. Precision was very quick in their response to my need, just 3 after Christmas and one after the spring broke. Cost was a little high compare to 8 years ago. I would recommend Precision to my friends.
