A spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision and they sent Anthony Femano within 2 hours. Anthony looked at the door and gave me options of what could be done to fix it. He had everything on his truck and the door had all new parts and a 10 year warranty. Anthony was done within 2 hours. He was courteous, professional, efficient, friendly, and explained everything to me. A pleasure to have a company and employee for their company that knew what he was doing and helped me immediately so I could use my garage door with winter right around the corner. THANK YOU!!!! My sister had Precision fix her garage door and she highly recommended them.

I called late in the morning, and the installer, Anthony, was at my home by 4 p.m. the same day. He was extremely professional and fully explained what was needed. I had been considering installing an opener. He went over the options and said that he had all of the materials in his truck to do the installation. He did not pressure me in any way to purchase the opener. While examining my door, he recommended that the springs should be replaced, as the original springs had failed much earlier than they should have (the reason for my original call to the company). He had to correct a couple of errors that the original installer had made, which made Anthony's job somewhat more difficult. I would fully endorse Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door maintenance issues or installations.

Saw there truck down the road from my house at another home and I have been having trouble with my garage door. So I call to get an appointment and got one promptly. The two technicians that came to my home were very polite and did an evaluation of what was going on with my door opener and rollers. They explained what was going on so I could definitely understand. They were able to do the work that evening even though it was after 5 pm. They were very respectful of my home. Fantastic service! I called with a garage door operating problem late morning on Friday and had service techs here two hours later. They immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and checked other potential problems. They provided a surge protector and showed me some routine maintenance steps I can do. The service was included in the generous 5-year warranty. The technicians were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Incredibly quick response ! Within 15 minutes of calling, I had an appointment confirmation and Anthony and Steve were on their way. They were both personable and knowledgable, and had our door up and running in short order. In fact, our 23 year old garage door has served us well, but the time has come, and we ordered an upgrade on the spot. I hope to see both Anthony and Steve for my new installation. Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.
