When my garage spring broke, Precision came through for me with same day service. I’m impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Logan was pleasant and polite, explained the quote before starting the job, fixed the door quickly and made the whole experience straightforward and easy.

Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.

Logan did a GREAT job on putting in my new opener. He was very friendly, professional, and worked very quickly with no mess. He took the time to explain everything. Price was fair too!! Saw the advertisement on TV. My LiftMaster Garage door opener was acting up. Called early morning and scheduled a same day appointment. My technician, Joe, was experience courteous and professional. He assess what was wrong, gave me options on pricing and explained the difference. Precision was very quick in their response to my need, just 3 after Christmas and one after the spring broke. Cost was a little high compare to 8 years ago. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

The garage door purchased through Precision looks fantastic- 100% improvement over the old wood door. The installation crew led by Gerry took the time to fit the door perfectly, Gerry called to make sure the window section was where I wanted it to be, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend.

One of Our problems wasn’t addressed. The doors are squealing so the tech recommended replacing the rollers. The squealing is loud and just as persistent as before the new rollers.
