I called Precision because they had a nearby location in Clay, NY. Initial contact advised service would be provided that same day. Technician called within scheduled 2 hour timeframe and arrived less than 30 minutes later as promised. His picture was provided so I knew exactly who to expect. Estimates were provided and all my questions were answered. Very pleased with the service provided.

A tech was available the same day I called for service for a garage door opener. Mike did the door safety check as explained on web site and determined the garage door needed repair. He had all necessary equipment to handle the repair. He clearly explained everything to me and presented me with options for repair. He did not pressure me in anyway to do repair with him. I choose the recommended option. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the complete process. I would definitely recommend this company.

He checked the system, advised the door opener was working fine, that the problem involved the door system which had been in use for many years. Overall service was good. The website is a little misleading. I was not offered same day service as noted. I also had a garage door with a spring system that they could not repair, only replace. Tech was very knowledgeable and had job completed very quickly.
