Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.

Saw the advertisement on TV. My LiftMaster Garage door opener was acting up. Called early morning and scheduled a same day appointment. My honest opinion, the service was amazing. I got a text and call prior to my tech coming out to visit and he was totally professional, polite and prepared. I was extremely satisfied with Precision overhead garage door service. I called last night at 8:30PM because my garage door wouldn't go all the way down and stay down, it'd shoot right back up. I found you guys on the internet and decided to give a call figuring I'd leave a message, however, a very friendly phone operator answered promptly and told me they could get a technician out to me today between 2 and 4PM. Technician John called me at 2:10 and said he'd be at my place within 30 minutes and he was right there when he said he would be. He was very professional and thorough, asked me what I had going on so I explained it to him and immediately he made me feel at ease by getting right to work checking out the door to see what was causing my issue. He found what the issue was and fixed it promptly.....maybe 20 minutes tops and that was including me testing the door multiple times before he left. He answered any and all questions I had, explained it so that even I could understand it, had me test the door while he was still at my residence to make absolutely sure it worked as it should before leaving and even asked me if I had any further questions or concerns for him. All around professionalism and I couldn't be happier that I decided to go with you guys to help me with my garage door issue. 10/10 will absolutely recommend and will do business with you in the future.

Precision overhead door put our garage door and opener in our new garage back in 1982 and the door is still beautiful and the opener still worked but I wanted a quieter opener and just felt it was time to upgrade, the installer came yesterday and after installation went over a few things as there have been a few changes in 39 years and the door opening and closing is very quiet and smooth.We have had repairs done and the service has always been great and the people are efficient and polite…

From my phone call on I knew I made the right choice. The customer service rep (who actually answered the phone) listened to my problem (heavy old garage door with broken cables and a husband in a wheelchair whose ramp was in the garage). Joe came the next morning, promptly repaired it and when I inquired about replacing the door he did a great job of explaining my options. Including no charge for the service call and if the door should need repair again before the replacement arrives, its covered. Joe was.very helpful with ordering the replacement and I feel its a good value.
