Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.

I had an issue with a remote not working to open and close the door. The technician was courteous. He checked out the remote and tried it. The remote still didn't function. He got another new remote out of his truck. He synced it to the opener. It's now working fine. Thank you for the prompt, courteous service.
