Precision is our go-to repair service for all of our garage door maintenance. We've used them 3 times for routine maintenance and a recent repair, and the excellent service remains consistent. You don't have to wait a week for a service call and pricing is quite reasonable. Their techs have always arrived on the scheduled time, are they're courteous and respectful of property. Best of all, they're equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to get the job done right.

Saw there truck down the road from my house at another home and I have been having trouble with my garage door. So I call to get an appointment and got one promptly. The two technicians that came to my home were very polite and did an evaluation of what was going on with my door opener and rollers. They explained what was going on so I could definitely understand. They were able to do the work that evening even though it was after 5 pm. They were very respectful of my home. I was very glad I made that phone call

Fantastic service! I called with a garage door operating problem late morning on Friday and had service techs here two hours later. They immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and checked other potential problems. They provided a surge protector and showed me some routine maintenance steps I can do. The service was included in the generous 5-year warranty. The technicians were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We chose Precision Door Service based on their quality, service, and professionalism. We were not disappointed with our choice. Purchased 2 garage doors and openers and had them installed. The installer was Carter who called before he arrived with his ETA. He was very professional removing old garage doors and openers, installing new doors and openers, and clean up when he was finished. Carter answered all our questions and concerns. I would recommend Precision Door Service for installation of new garage doors or repair of existing doors.

Installer was quick to install the garage door opener. The only thing he did incorrect is not see the pre-wired garage for the door opener.

Incredibly quick response ! Within 15 minutes of calling, I had an appointment confirmation and Anthony and Steve were on their way. They were both personable and knowledgable, and had our door up and running in short order. In fact, our 23 year old garage door has served us well, but the time has come, and we ordered an upgrade on the spot. I hope to see both Anthony and Steve for my new installation. Easy choice to use these folks in the future ...

Excellent job completed by Precision Garage Door service. Logan showed up on time and was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He replaced all appropriately needed parts and was in and out in a couple of hours. He has saved me trips to the chiropractor. The garage door now works as it should and is quieter due to the new plastic wheels. Thanks so much for the quality service.

Very happy with the job done and the technician Logan Cottrell. He knew what he was doing and was very pleasant. He explained everything to me. He showed up on time and worked on the door. Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.
