I called late in the morning, and the installer, Anthony, was at my home by 4 p.m. the same day. He was extremely professional and fully explained what was needed. I had been considering installing an opener. He went over the options and said that he had all of the materials in his truck to do the installation. He did not pressure me in any way to purchase the opener. While examining my door, he recommended that the springs should be replaced, as the original springs had failed much earlier than they should have (the reason for my original call to the company). He had to correct a couple of errors that the original installer had made, which made Anthony's job somewhat more difficult. I would fully endorse Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door maintenance issues or installations.

Saw there truck down the road from my house at another home and I have been having trouble with my garage door. So I call to get an appointment and got one promptly. The two technicians that came to my home were very polite and did an evaluation of what was going on with my door opener and rollers. They explained what was going on so I could definitely understand. They were able to do the work that evening even though it was after 5 pm. They were very respectful of my home.
