Joe was skilled in his craft and walked me through the system that I had and started with the smallest steps to fix my issue. He did not try to upsell me or anything. I had an issue with a remote not working to open and close the door. The technician was courteous. He checked out the remote and tried it. The remote still didn't function. He got another new remote out of his truck. He synced it to the opener. It's now working fine. Thank you for the prompt, courteous service.

I'm pretty stingy with 5 star reviews but I've been happy with this job since my first phone call. Super friendly, experts in the field, and reasonable cost. No way would I have saved enough to justify doing it myself. I actually made the call based on their commercial while watching local news channel 3. The installers, Gerry and Jr, were professional, punctual, and there quality of work was outstanding. They finished up 1-2 hours before they estimated. Nothing left behind. I will certainly recommend Precision to my friends.

The garage door purchased through Precision looks fantastic- 100% improvement over the old wood door. The installation crew led by Gerry took the time to fit the door perfectly, Gerry called to make sure the window section was where I wanted it to be, and everything was cleaned up before they left.
