The technician Jason, was punctual to our appointment, he was friendly, and professional at the same time. He completed the work needed to my garage door efficiently. He suggested other options on the garage doors for my consideration. 5 star service. My technician, Anthony Femano, was terrific! He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision.

Anthony showed up and spent a considerable amount of time evaluating the system issue. in the end, he replaced the opener with a new super quite unit. in addition, he made some adjustments to the door spring and now the door works better than ever. Precision Garage Door is amazing! They replaced my old motors with newer, better, quieter ones. One thousand times better than genie!! Knowledgeable and friendly technicians installed the new opener very quickly. Office staff was very friendly and responsive.

Jason was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough and did a great job repairing our garage door. He even showed up a little earlier than our scheduled same day appt which was awesome! He explained what was needed and all of our options and before I knew it our garage door was fixed and opens better than ever!
