Anthony was wonderful..... truly good at what he does !! It was a very snowy and cold day but that did not prevent or lead to any delays. The service was excellent from my initial phone explaining charges clearly and making the appointment. The technician arrived in the designated time frame, assessed the problem, explained the cost and had the needed materials delivered. I tried to leave my house and, much to my surprise, the spring in my garage door had broken and I couldn't get out. I called the original installer and 2 other companies, all of whom couldn't come out for days to a week. I called Precision and within 30 minutes, they had a tech (Steven) at my house. He diagnosed the problem, provided me with options, and made sure I understood the differences before he started working. In no time at all, I had a working garage door and peace of mind. Thank you all so much for your help!

What a treat !! To actually speak to a live person and then have a repair tech come over the same day !!! My garage door wouldn't go down all the way and it was clear that it was off balance. I didn't want to have the garage door up over night so at 2pm, I called Precision and Anthony was at my house in less than 3 hours. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained my options and I chose the one that met my needs at the time. I may have been able to get the repair done at a lesser cost but I just wanted same day service and Precision did that for me. I would recommend this company and will use them again as the situation requires. Thanks Anthony.

My garage door stopped half way up. I looked on line for a repair service and found Precision. I asked some friends who assured me calling Precision was a good choice. Appointment was made over the phone for the next day between 10 - 2. On the day I had a call around 10 that the technician would be there in 30 minutes. Cody arrived, introduced himself, inspected the garage door and opener and recommended a new larger spring to handle the weight of the old wooden door, and new bearings. The work took about an hour. Cody explained each item on the bill and what work he had done. He also did some minor repairs to the wooden panels, and he made some recommendations for work that may need to be done in the future. Cody was efficient, polite, professional. I could not have asked for better service. I'd recommend Precision (and Cody) for garage door repairs to everyone.
