What a treat !! To actually speak to a live person and then have a repair tech come over the same day !!! My garage door wouldn't go down all the way and it was clear that it was off balance. I didn't want to have the garage door up over night so at 2pm, I called Precision and Anthony was at my house in less than 3 hours. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained my options and I chose the one that met my needs at the time. I may have been able to get the repair done at a lesser cost but I just wanted same day service and Precision did that for me. I would recommend this company and will use them again as the situation requires. Thanks Anthony.

My garage door cable broke this morning at 10:30 am. I called Precision and they had a tech there by 12:45. Steve was professional , courteous and had everything back in service within a few hours. I called about 9am on 8/14/2023 with an issue with my garage door opener. The person (very helpful) said they could give me an appointment between 10and noon. I received a call and text about 10 and Anthony said he would be to my house in about twenty minutes. He showed up and we decided I needed a new opener. Gave all options available and I decided on the $699 one. Anthony installed the new one and was so nice and helpful. He made the process very easy. I just wanted to say my whole experience with your company was excellent from start to finish. Anthony did an awesome job.
