I called about 9am on 8/14/2023 with an issue with my garage door opener. The person (very helpful) said they could give me an appointment between 10and noon. I received a call and text about 10 and Anthony said he would be to my house in about twenty minutes. He showed up and we decided I needed a new opener. Gave all options available and I decided on the $699 one. Anthony installed the new one and was so nice and helpful. He made the process very easy. I just wanted to say my whole experience with your company was excellent from start to finish. Anthony did an awesome job.

Steven and his helper were fantastic. Our garage door spring broke in the middle of the night and we were trapped with both cars in the garage and no way to open the door. They provided me several options for the service and did not hard sell or pressure me in any way. Service was quick and professional.

Chose Precision based on local current reviews and recognizing some reviewers. Precision's service from first phone call to final inspection of the work performed was top shelf. Technician was knowledgeable, professional attitude, to the point and a no non-sense worker. All financial exposure was upfront and no pressure to do this and not that. Schedule was prompt and technician was on time to the minute. I am very more than pleased and would highly recommend them to any friend.

Anthony F. was absolutely wonderful! He got to our house closer to the end of the 2 hour window which was okay, but got everything done quickly & explained in detail why he was doing all the things that needed to be done. He was so so friendly, communicative, and helpful. We just moved into our house last year and have never had a garage before so he gave us some tips and tricks for maintenance as well. Left our garage as clean as if he never came to begin with! Definitely will be calling back and asking for him if we need anything in the future! Thanks Anthony! :)

Very professional company from answering the first phone call making the appointment right thru the service. I was happy that I could call for an appointment after hours. The person was very thorough and set me up with an appointment the next day. I received both a confirmation email and text message. In the morning I received an email that the tech was on his way and it also included a picture of him...nice touch doing that! Logan was our tech and he was very professional. We trusted him with fixing our problem. The door works great now. I highly recommend Precision Door Company!

My garage door cable broke this morning at 10:30 am. I called Precision and they had a tech there by 12:45. Steve was professional , courteous and had everything back in service within a few hours. Couldn’t be more appreciative of the job he did or how quickly it was done. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone in need of garage door repairs.
