Anthony Fermano showed up 3 hours after I called today and was wonderful providing door information and quote. (Overhead door was 2 weeks out before they could make it) In addition, my door was stuck and not working at all manually, and he said, "We cant have that" and proceeded to put things back in order and working before he knew whether I would buy a door or not. What great service! I did buy my 2 doors from him right there and then.

Anthony came to my house within two hours of my initial phone call. He was able to fix my garage door enough so that I could use it temporarily until replacing it. What a relief that I could shut and lock my door!

Last night the spring broke on our garage door. I did a google search and selected Precision Door because I could schedule an online appointment. By 8:00am this morning, I had received a call from the technician, Mike, letting me know he was on his way. He assessed the door and discussed options. We made our selection and he got to work. As he worked, he found other parts that were damaged and needed replacing. All of this work was done for the agreed price without and additional increase. Mike was very professional and completed the entire job in less than two hours. We are very pleased with the excellent and rapid service we received and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, Mike!

You may pay a bit more for Precision's service and products, but you get exactly what you pay for and that's uncommon in this day and age. Incredibly easy to work with and trust.

The new garage door cables and sensors I had installed 14 months ago appeared to be balky and then I was unable to get the drive chain reconnected after disconnecting. Steve, the Precision technician, arrived at my home within 90 minutes of my call for help. Steve demonstrated what I was doing incorrectly with the disconnected drive chain and that problem instantly disappeared. Then the overhead door that had bounced and refused to close, again and again, quietly and quickly, closed for Steve. Could have been balky due to even a light buildup of ice/snow from recent storms, Steve said. Everything looked fine, Steve told me and should work for years. Steve's explanations and advice were priceless, but so was the service call, literally. No charge! Thank you, Steve and Precision.

I called at 9:30 am Monday morning because our garage door broke due to the winter temperatures being below zero. Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call that they would be coming out between 10 and 2. They arrived and had the door fixed before 11:30 am. I can't tell you how impressed I am with their service. They also gave me pricing options; they were honest and very professional. I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Doors and would use them again, no question!

Absolutely professional service from the time we made the call until the issue was resolved. We had a tech sent out within an hour and the repair was done in about a half hour. The tech was professional and personable. He told me what steps I could take to avoid the same problem in the future, along with repairing the door to a state better than what the installers had done in the first place.

I have used Precision twice in the past 5 years. The staff has been pleasantly efficient. The work is performed to my satisfaction. The issue/issues have been corrected. Whitney setup the appointment. Mike was the technician that came out the next day. Everything went as Whitney explained it would. Mike was here for 90-minutes. Everything checked to be running smoother.
