Excellent on the service. Technician is excellent and very knowledgeable. Clean and efficient workmanship. This was the second time we precision. We had used Precision about two years ago on a totally different problem and knew immediately that we would call back when we experienced a new problem with a different part of our door system.

5 star service. My technician, Anthony Femano, was terrific! He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision.
