The technician gave a call when they were on their way, and was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations and the multiple portions for levels of service/product available to complete the repairs/upgrades. I am a new home owner by inheritance. The garage doors are the original doors and are over 50 years old. It was tired and the springs broke and the cables were worn out. I called Precision because of the wonderful reviews in the Rome area on the website. I was very surprised from the first call, follow up communications, to the technician, as to how professional and efficient everyone was. We can’t say enough about our positive experience with Precision Door and our technician Steven T. We called yesterday afternoon about a repair, the appt was made for today between 8 and 10. The technician called first, was right on time and was courteous and knowledgeable throughout (a rare thing these days). After 30 years, we are due for 3 new garage doors so he walked my wife and I through the many different options, discussed our needs, provided suggestions and savings opportunities and we made the order. The company policy is repair is free if order within 30 days so no charge today to get us back in business. We look forward to writing another good review when our new doors and operators are installed soon.

Even when a problem arose after the day after installation they came back assesed the problem and fixed it quickly.I have a five year warrenty and I am sure they will honor it. After contacting Precision, Technician Brandon promptly called me back and fully explained the options and pricing. Contacted Precision Garage Door services witn a broken cable/springs on one of our garage doors, and within less than one hour a technician was already working and fixing the issue. The technician Steven Thayer was very professional with his suggestion on how he was going to fix the problem and how much the cost was going to be. This is an amazing company!!! My wife's garage door stopped working because it was getting jammed up when trying to open it. I gave Precision Garage Door a call around 2:00 pm on a Friday afternoon and they had someone at my house by 3:15 pm. I was amazed at how fast they arrived. A wonderful service man named Mike explained exactly how he was going to fix the problem and gave me an estimate. We told him that we accepted the offer and he got to work right away on it. I never expected that job would be done just a few hours after I called them. Mike did an amazing job on the doors and we were beyond pleased. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! From the ease of scheduling an online same day appointment, tech Steve called ahead, arrived early, clearly showed me the problem and offered two solutions. He made the repair quickly and was on his way. My neighbor asked what I had done and I told her what a great job Steve did and she said she wanted to have her door serviced and would give precision a call. to my surprise at 4:30 at the end of the workday Steve pulled into my neighbors driveway and waved to me as he got out.
