Very pleased with the service provided. I didn't expect same day service, but Anthony showed up that same afternoon and repaired my garage door. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. This was the first time I called this company and I will definitely call them again if needed.

Anthony showed up and spent a considerable amount of time evaluating the system issue. in the end, he replaced the opener with a new super quite unit. in addition, he made some adjustments to the door spring and now the door works better than ever. On top of being very friendly and upbeat, Anthony cleaned up his work area. This is a service worth calling.

Anthony, your representative was wonderful. He used his creative ingenuity to get into my garage so I could get to my car out and figured out why my door was not working. I really appreciated your same day service. Steve called to let me know when he would be at my house. He immediately ascertained what needed to be done and gave me a couple of options. He replaced the springs and rollers so the garage door is like new. I am very pleased with Steve's work. He did an excellent job!! Precision Garage Door is amazing! They replaced my old motors with newer, better, quieter ones. One thousand times better than genie!! Knowledgeable and friendly technicians installed the new opener very quickly. Office staff was very friendly and responsive.

Absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating. Anthony was punctual, professional and quickly resolved the problem with our garage doors. I purchased 3 of the Carriage Garage Doors with the large windows two years ago and still receive comments as to how the doors compliment the overall appearance of the property. I would highly recommend this vendor if considering new garage doors.

I called Precision based upon the quality website - especially the video illustrating important installation details to look for during installation of a new door operator. I spent time speaking with Chrissy and Mike and was impressed with their knowledge, experience and positive attitudes. I concluded that Precision is a quality company and can be depended upon to provide future support if required. Steve, the installation technician called ahead and arrived exactly on time. He was professional, answered all of my questions, ensured that the new door operator, a PDS 370, functioned as designed and that I understood all of the system operating features. I can recommend Precision based upon the quality of the product and the professional service that I received. Good job!

I called precision door by mistake,thought I was calling overhead door, but I am glad I did.The lady on the phone was super nice.She made an appointment that afternoon,I received a text confirmation,and when the tech was running late ,he called me to let me know,and showed up right on time.He fixed my door ,gave me lots of advice on maintaining it to prevent future problems,and was done in 30 minutes.Best service I have had to get something fixed ,especialy considering both vehicles were in the garage and the door wouldn't open at all due to a broken spring.

December 22, Friday before Christmas, one of the torsion spring broke on our garage door, I called several companies and no one could come until after Christmas. We do garage our cars and it’s our main entrance. I called Precision and they were able to get someone out that very day. Cody called me with an eta and showed up on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me what needed to be done and gave advice on other parts that should probably be replaced. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and we are able to use our door again. Thank you for the exceptional services, I will definitely recommend Precision and Cody in the future!

My garage door stopped half way up. I looked on line for a repair service and found Precision. I asked some friends who assured me calling Precision was a good choice. Appointment was made over the phone for the next day between 10 - 2. On the day I had a call around 10 that the technician would be there in 30 minutes. Cody arrived, introduced himself, inspected the garage door and opener and recommended a new larger spring to handle the weight of the old wooden door, and new bearings. The work took about an hour. Cody explained each item on the bill and what work he had done. He also did some minor repairs to the wooden panels, and he made some recommendations for work that may need to be done in the future. Cody was efficient, polite, professional. I could not have asked for better service. I'd recommend Precision (and Cody) for garage door repairs to everyone.

Technician Anthony Femano was on time. Went through everything he felt would be necessary for a proper repair with me before starting. Went above and beyond by making some adjustments to the garage door opener which was not part of the job so that it work better. Would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a door repair or is looking for a new door
