Precision Door has been our go to for service and repair. They deserve the 5 stars rating. Today their technician Brandon provided a detailed explanation of the repairs required. Brandon completed those repairs and updates in record time. He definitely knows the business and we would request his service again if needed.

We love our new Precision garage door + the amazing and prompt service, whenever we call! We recently had a small piece of trim that needed to be secured and immediate attention was given to my text message with a follow up phone call; once the solution was explained a technician scheduled a visit to complete the task. A job well done!! Thanks to Jaymes the trim looks great! Content in Camillus

Overall great experience with Precision garage door service. Technician Brandon McWayne was very knowledgable and informative. He did a great job replacing broken spring and suggesting we do the gold package because we use the door so often. All parts replaced lubricated and tested. He went over exactly what was done at the end of process. Very satisfied with service provided and i would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a repair. D.Adams

Brandon was the tech that provided services for me. He arrived on time, was very courteous, professional, efficient and skilled in his craft. He explained all options, functions and details as I requested, and with kind personality and patience. All materials were with him. I felt very confident with the job, as he did, also. He paid attention to detail and to checking/rechecking the job. He took care of 4 doors. All was working better than ever when he finished. I am grateful for the complete service provided, including the follow-up. More services/companies should be like this one. I will be sharing my experience with others. Thank you.

We had Precision Door Service install a door opener last year and were very pleased with the service. We misplaced or lost the remote receivers and needed them to be replaced. We also wanted the opener checked as door appeared a little noisy. Michael Bowles did an excellent job, resetting the codes, etc. The quick response was awesome. The office quickly located and confirmed our information. An appointment was immediately scheduled. Definitely five stars!!!
