Hello Ellen, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are sorry you didn't agree with the price. I hope you are not serious that your door is only 2 years old because we feel you may have been taken for a ride considering the poor condition. The price of $189 includes tax and travel to your home as well as the time we spend there making the repair. This amount for the repair is minimum type of charge in line with the industry standard. Most companies charge around $100 just to show up, we waive our service charge.

After 17 years my old garage door opener needed to be replaced. That night I searched the web for a reputable company & discovered Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The next morning I called for an appointment & within 2 hours the tech was at my house to assess my current system. He was extremely patient, informative & did not pressure me into anything more than I needed. I have nothing but praise for the tech, the service rendered & the convenience & quietness of my new garage door opener. I would highly recommend this company for someone in need of a new garage door system.

I had called Overhead Doors to come repair a broken spring on an opener that had been installed by Overhead Doors about a year and 1/2 ago. I actually spoke with an Overhead Doors service representative who said that I would receive a call back the following week to set up an appt. date and time for the repair. 3 weeks went by. I never heard from them again. I decided to try another garage door place. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with a very pleasant representative who set me up with an appt. for the following Thursday. Michael Holbok came and quickly replaced the broken spring. While he was here I asked him if Precision replaced garage doors. When I found out that they did I ordered new garage doors. Within a few weeks the doors were in and Michael Holbok returned and installed them. We love our new doors and love Michael. He is so friendly, very personable and highly skilled at his job. I'm very pleased that I called Precision !!!!!! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage door needs !!!!!

We were very pleased with the service we received from technician, Michael Holbok, from Precision today. Our problem was a little complex, in that it had to do with the electrical board, but after trying several things that was the final determination. Michael installed a new door opener in less than an hour and it works like a charm. Also, it is so quiet you can hardly tell that the door is going up and down. We highly recommend Precision.

Work completed in 15 min. I had a broken wire was charged $189.The door 2 yrs old.was given 2 estimates for what he thought I should do over$500 and $800 I declined. Be careful!!!!
