I called precision door by mistake,thought I was calling overhead door, but I am glad I did.The lady on the phone was super nice.She made an appointment that afternoon,I received a text confirmation,and when the tech was running late ,he called me to let me know,and showed up right on time.He fixed my door ,gave me lots of advice on maintaining it to prevent future problems,and was done in 30 minutes.Best service I have had to get something fixed ,especialy considering both vehicles were in the garage and the door wouldn't open at all due to a broken spring.

December 22, Friday before Christmas, one of the torsion spring broke on our garage door, I called several companies and no one could come until after Christmas. We do garage our cars and it’s our main entrance. I called Precision and they were able to get someone out that very day. Cody called me with an eta and showed up on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me what needed to be done and gave advice on other parts that should probably be replaced. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and we are able to use our door again. Thank you for the exceptional services, I will definitely recommend Precision and Cody in the future!

My garage door stopped half way up. I looked on line for a repair service and found Precision. I asked some friends who assured me calling Precision was a good choice. Appointment was made over the phone for the next day between 10 - 2. On the day I had a call around 10 that the technician would be there in 30 minutes. Cody arrived, introduced himself, inspected the garage door and opener and recommended a new larger spring to handle the weight of the old wooden door, and new bearings. The work took about an hour. Cody explained each item on the bill and what work he had done. He also did some minor repairs to the wooden panels, and he made some recommendations for work that may need to be done in the future. Cody was efficient, polite, professional. I could not have asked for better service. I'd recommend Precision (and Cody) for garage door repairs to everyone.

What a treat !! To actually speak to a live person and then have a repair tech come over the same day !!! My garage door wouldn't go down all the way and it was clear that it was off balance. I didn't want to have the garage door up over night so at 2pm, I called Precision and Anthony was at my house in less than 3 hours. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained my options and I chose the one that met my needs at the time. I may have been able to get the repair done at a lesser cost but I just wanted same day service and Precision did that for me.
