A tech was available the same day I called for service for a garage door opener. Mike did the door safety check as explained on web site and determined the garage door needed repair. He had all necessary equipment to handle the repair. He clearly explained everything to me and presented me with options for repair. He did not pressure me in anyway to do repair with him. I choose the recommended option. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the complete process. I would definitely recommend this company.

Yesterday, Scott came to repair my garage door. It was one of the worse weather days we have had, cold,windy, and snow. He came was very positive, gave me his recommendations, finished the job and explained what he did, and cleaned up . I found him to be helpful, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend this company. My garage door broke the other day so I look on the Internet inside precisions ad. I called and they were ready to send somebody down that day. It was late so they send somebody the first thing the next day. Scott was very professional. he called and let me know when he would be there. he went over all that was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He gave me the estimated price which was very fair. Then he said he could begin working on it right then and there. In under 2 hours it was finished and working great! Scott even shoveled my steps in the front of the garage. I would have no trouble recommending them to anyone. My neighbor came over later and ask her I found anyone who could fix it. I told her it was already done. she was amazed! Thanks precision. great job.

Your technician, Joe, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked the system, advised the door opener was working fine, that the problem involved the door system which had been in use for many years. He presented us with 3 options of repair and fully explained each. We selected the middle option and he proceeded to do the repairs. We checked the operation which ran smoothly and were very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

I experienced a significant garage door difficulty this past Saturday evening. I contacted the Precision Overhead Garage Door Service helpline and was in immediate contact with a live person. A service appointment was promptly scheduled for the following Monday. The service technician, Scott, arrived precisely at the scheduled time and was both professional and courteous. He quickly assessed my garage door needs and explained the necessary repairs in an understandable manner as well as the cost involved. More importantly, he also explained why I would not need more expensive services. Scott completed the job promptly and subsequently explained the work in detail. I was quite pleased with both the job outcome as well as the price. I rarely provide feedback in this manner. However, I feel the quality of work warranted such a response. Overall service was good. The website is a little misleading. I was not offered same day service as noted. I also had a garage door with a spring system that they could not repair, only replace. Tech was very knowledgeable and had job completed very quickly.

I had concern regarding my door. I had Mr. Scott Fowler provide evaluation and service. I could not be happier with the decision to do the repair today. Mr. Fowler was profession, pleasant and a gentelman. I had surgery a few weeks ago and he did everything in his power to facilitate me seeing what needed to be done, how it would be done and the cost. Exceeded my expectation, great customer service and quick response (Same day) ! I would give 5 starts except I thought prices was a little high. That being said people are willing to pay a little more for good service and quick response! Scott Fowler was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He calmly and professionally went through all my options. I ended up having opener repaired as it roughly 30 days before Christmas. I plan on replacing the garage door in the spring so I will definitely call you back for estimates. Thank you for a great job!

I called precision because my garage door was opening on its own without prompting. They arrived within 2 hours and gave me my options. I ended up purchasing a new unit as that seemed to be the best route forward. They were professional and timely and the opener has stopped opening on its own. I would recommend.

The torsion spring and cables broke last night around 8 PM. I had a Precision support rep on the phone by 9 pm and an appointment for 8 AM the following morning. Scott from Precision arrived, was very friendly and informative, and upfront about my repair options and packages. The door was repaired by 11 am and I was able to get my two cars out of the garage :-)

Unfortunately I am unable to provide a high rating for this company. Taking into consideration our options we settled on a garage door that would work for us and were told we would receive a final estimate. That estimate never came. The company's initial "service fee estimate" cost $69 plus tax and we were told this fee would be applied with purchase of a new door vs. repairs to our current door. It has made us feel very uncomfortable and in good faith we can not recommend this company to anyone.

Katherine, We're sorry you weren't happy with the service. Just for clarification, we charge a service fee to come out to the house to make repairs. Upon our arrival you couldn't determine whether you wanted to perform the work required or purchase a new door. Should you choose which you would like that fee would be credited toward whichever you choose.
