He addressed the immediate problem very quickly, and then we discussed any improvements that might be made to assure some longevity for my door (almost 15 years old). I decided on a couple of items to be done during that appointment, they were completed very quickly. He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well.
