He repaired our door in less than two hours. (Our cars were stuck in our garage because we could not lift the door. A spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision and they sent Anthony Femano within 2 hours. Anthony looked at the door and gave me options of what could be done to fix it. He had everything on his truck and the door had all new parts and a 10 year warranty. Anthony was done within 2 hours. He was courteous, professional, efficient, friendly, and explained everything to me. I called late in the morning, and the installer, Anthony, was at my home by 4 p.m. the same day. He was extremely professional and fully explained what was needed. I had been considering installing an opener. He went over the options and said that he had all of the materials in his truck to do the installation. He did not pressure me in any way to purchase the opener. While examining my door, he recommended that the springs should be replaced, as the original springs had failed much earlier than they should have (the reason for my original call to the company). He had to correct a couple of errors that the original installer had made, which made Anthony's job somewhat more difficult. I would fully endorse Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door maintenance issues or installations.
