After breaking an extension spring last night, I called this morning and had a technician on-site within hours. The woman who dispatched my call was wonderful, thorough, and professional. The technician was phenomenal. Scott explained what needed to be done thoroughly and worked fast to replace the necessary parts, no upselling, no b.s. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Excellent and timely service. Torsion spring snapped over the weekend, phone was answered immediately at 7pm, service was scheduled for between 2-4pm Monday. Scott arrived by 215pm and was finished in under an hour. Door working perfectly. Thank you.

Scott was here less than 20 minutes and charged me $145.00 dollars for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! My garage door is in the same condition that it was before he came. I am not Satisfied! Right now I am also making a complaint to the BBB. BTW Scott asked me if he could put my initials on his computer and I said NO! When he asked me why I told him that I am not Satisfied with him for doing nothing.

A tech was available the same day I called for service for a garage door opener. Mike did the door safety check as explained on web site and determined the garage door needed repair. He had all necessary equipment to handle the repair. He clearly explained everything to me and presented me with options for repair. He did not pressure me in anyway to do repair with him. I choose the recommended option. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the complete process. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend this company. My garage door broke the other day so I look on the Internet inside precisions ad. I called and they were ready to send somebody down that day. It was late so they send somebody the first thing the next day. Scott was very professional. he called and let me know when he would be there. he went over all that was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He gave me the estimated price which was very fair. Then he said he could begin working on it right then and there. In under 2 hours it was finished and working great! Scott even shoveled my steps in the front of the garage. I would have no trouble recommending them to anyone. My neighbor came over later and ask her I found anyone who could fix it. I told her it was already done. she was amazed! Thanks precision. great job.

Your technician, Joe, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked the system, advised the door opener was working fine, that the problem involved the door system which had been in use for many years. He presented us with 3 options of repair and fully explained each. We selected the middle option and he proceeded to do the repairs. We checked the operation which ran smoothly and were very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

A service appointment was promptly scheduled for the following Monday. The service technician, Scott, arrived precisely at the scheduled time and was both professional and courteous. He quickly assessed my garage door needs and explained the necessary repairs in an understandable manner as well as the cost involved. More importantly, he also explained why I would not need more expensive services. Scott completed the job promptly and subsequently explained the work in detail. I was quite pleased with both the job outcome as well as the price. I rarely provide feedback in this manner. However, I feel the quality of work warranted such a response. Overall service was good. The website is a little misleading. I was not offered same day service as noted. I also had a garage door with a spring system that they could not repair, only replace. Tech was very knowledgeable and had job completed very quickly.
