Joe did a fantastic job explaining our garage door opener situation, explaining our options, prices, etc. and helping us with our selection of a new opener. My only recommendation is that during the installation Joe should have better explained how the wall switch on the inside of the garage (not the outdoor keypad) was going to be difficult and not line up like our other switch did. I am still not sure the best way to repair how messy the wall looked after the new switch was put in place. He said to "just slab some paint on the exposed spot" but that won't work. unfortunate end to what would have been a very nice job.

My honest opinion, the service was amazing. I got a text and call prior to my tech coming out to visit and he was totally professional, polite and prepared. Joe was skilled in his craft and walked me through the system that I had and started with the smallest steps to fix my issue. He did not try to upsell me or anything. I had an issue with a remote not working to open and close the door. The technician was courteous. He checked out the remote and tried it. The remote still didn't function. He got another new remote out of his truck. He synced it to the opener. It's now working fine. Thank you for the prompt, courteous service.

Excellent job completed by Precision Garage Door service. Logan showed up on time and was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He replaced all appropriately needed parts and was in and out in a couple of hours. He has saved me trips to the chiropractor. The garage door now works as it should and is quieter due to the new plastic wheels. Thanks so much for the quality service.
