Pleasantly surprised. The tech who serviced my garage door opener was superb. He knew what he was doing. He also did not rush through the job but looked at everything in great detail. He was able to fix the assigned problem (A previous installer had left the job with cuts in the wires to the sensors...in 2 places) as well as going some anticipatory guidance. It is great to see a business where the employee cares about what he is doing and does an excellent job. An uplifting experience in contrast to the rest of the world.

Excellent service!! The receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. The technician called immediately to tell us he could be at our house within twenty minutes. He repaired our door in less than two hours. (Our cars were stuck in our garage because we could not lift the door. Our son is getting married this week, so we were anxious to get the repair done soon). Precision saved our lives!!!

A spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision and they sent Anthony Femano within 2 hours. Anthony looked at the door and gave me options of what could be done to fix it. He had everything on his truck and the door had all new parts and a 10 year warranty. Anthony was done within 2 hours. He was courteous, professional, efficient, friendly, and explained everything to me. A pleasure to have a company and employee for their company that knew what he was doing and helped me immediately so I could use my garage door with winter right around the corner. THANK YOU!!!! Very hard these days to find someone to come on time and do a professional job. The service technician Steven T was a knowable and answered all my questions about the repair.
