I was extremely satisfied with Precision overhead garage door service. I called last night at 8:30PM because my garage door wouldn't go all the way down and stay down, it'd shoot right back up. I found you guys on the internet and decided to give a call figuring I'd leave a message, however, a very friendly phone operator answered promptly and told me they could get a technician out to me today between 2 and 4PM. Technician John called me at 2:10 and said he'd be at my place within 30 minutes and he was right there when he said he would be. He was very professional and thorough, asked me what I had going on so I explained it to him and immediately he made me feel at ease by getting right to work checking out the door to see what was causing my issue. He found what the issue was and fixed it promptly.....maybe 20 minutes tops and that was including me testing the door multiple times before he left. He answered any and all questions I had, explained it so that even I could understand it, had me test the door while he was still at my residence to make absolutely sure it worked as it should before leaving and even asked me if I had any further questions or concerns for him. All around professionalism and I couldn't be happier that I decided to go with you guys to help me with my garage door issue. 10/10 will absolutely recommend and will do business with you in the future.

Precision installed my garage door openers october 15 last year. The last couple days of october this year one of the doors did not close. Precision promptly scheduled a apointment for me. Scott thd technician discovered the sensor lights at the base of the doors were not working. He replaced them, also readjusted the spring tension to the perfect setting. He also did not charge me. He said I had a 5 year warrenty on last years installation. I was completely satisfied.

Precision overhead door put our garage door and opener in our new garage back in 1982 and the door is still beautiful and the opener still worked but I wanted a quieter opener and just felt it was time to upgrade, the installer came yesterday and after installation went over a few things as there have been a few changes in 39 years and the door opening and closing is very quiet and smooth.We have had repairs done and the service has always been great and the people are efficient and polite…

When decision was made to make home improvement of overhead garage door replacement I received several quotes. Precision door won. When door arrived work was scheduled, Mike was first to arrive and start project. Jerry then showed up. Both gentleman very professional. Jerry finished project making sure I was satisfied with their work along with inspecting his work cleaning any fingerprints or dirt from door. Jerry really takes pride with his installations, from my observation, and making sure his customer is satisfied before he leaves the job. Scott our tech was great. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did not come with an agenda and did not attempt to push me into buying anything.
