From my phone call on I knew I made the right choice. The customer service rep (who actually answered the phone) listened to my problem (heavy old garage door with broken cables and a husband in a wheelchair whose ramp was in the garage). Joe came the next morning, promptly repaired it and when I inquired about replacing the door he did a great job of explaining my options. Including no charge for the service call and if the door should need repair again before the replacement arrives, its covered. Joe was.very helpful with ordering the replacement and I feel its a good value.

I had Joe come out to the house on the same day I requested an estimate. He was on time, professional, made sure I understood the problems, and was patient as I decided what option was best for me. After deciding to go with a full replacement of the mechanisms on the door and motor, he was able to install everything within a couple hours right then and there. Technician called within scheduled 2 hour timeframe and arrived less than 30 minutes later as promised. His picture was provided so I knew exactly who to expect. I called Precision Door to fix my Garage Door. I called them because their web site clearly indicated that they did service work. One of the steel cables snapped and lifting the door manually was a real pain. I called on a tuesday and their service technician Scott was at my house the next afternoon as scheduled. He explained everything is very clear details as what were my options and the associated costs. We agreed on what I wanted done. He had all of the parts in his truck and completed the entire job quickly. Exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, prepared and completed as agreed upon. I'm sure when I decide to upgrade I'll give them the first call.
