A tech was available the same day I called for service for a garage door opener. Mike did the door safety check as explained on web site and determined the garage door needed repair. He had all necessary equipment to handle the repair. He clearly explained everything to me and presented me with options for repair. He did not pressure me in anyway to do repair with him. I choose the recommended option. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the complete process. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend this company. My garage door broke the other day so I look on the Internet inside precisions ad. I called and they were ready to send somebody down that day. It was late so they send somebody the first thing the next day. Scott was very professional. he called and let me know when he would be there. he went over all that was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He gave me the estimated price which was very fair. Then he said he could begin working on it right then and there. In under 2 hours it was finished and working great! Scott even shoveled my steps in the front of the garage. I would have no trouble recommending them to anyone. My neighbor came over later and ask her I found anyone who could fix it. I told her it was already done. she was amazed! He checked the system, advised the door opener was working fine, that the problem involved the door system which had been in use for many years. He presented us with 3 options of repair and fully explained each. We selected the middle option and he proceeded to do the repairs. He quickly assessed my garage door needs and explained the necessary repairs in an understandable manner as well as the cost involved. Overall service was good. The website is a little misleading. I was not offered same day service as noted. I also had a garage door with a spring system that they could not repair, only replace. Tech was very knowledgeable and had job completed very quickly.

Exceeded my expectation, great customer service and quick response (Same day) ! I would give 5 starts except I thought prices was a little high. That being said people are willing to pay a little more for good service and quick response! Scott Fowler was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He calmly and professionally went through all my options. I ended up having opener repaired as it roughly 30 days before Christmas. I called precision because my garage door was opening on its own without prompting. They arrived within 2 hours and gave me my options. The torsion spring and cables broke last night around 8 PM. I had a Precision support rep on the phone by 9 pm and an appointment for 8 AM the following morning. Scott from Precision arrived, was very friendly and informative, and upfront about my repair options and packages. The door was repaired by 11 am and I was able to get my two cars out of the garage :-)

Unfortunately I am unable to provide a high rating for this company. Taking into consideration our options we settled on a garage door that would work for us and were told we would receive a final estimate. That estimate never came. The company's initial "service fee estimate" cost $69 plus tax and we were told this fee would be applied with purchase of a new door vs. repairs to our current door. It has made us feel very uncomfortable and in good faith we can not recommend this company to anyone.

Work completed in 15 min. I had a broken wire was charged $189.The door 2 yrs old.was given 2 estimates for what he thought I should do over$500 and $800 I declined. Be careful!!!!
