I had Joe come out to the house on the same day I requested an estimate. He was on time, professional, made sure I understood the problems, and was patient as I decided what option was best for me. After deciding to go with a full replacement of the mechanisms on the door and motor, he was able to install everything within a couple hours right then and there. I called Precision because they had a nearby location in Clay, NY. Initial contact advised service would be provided that same day. Technician called within scheduled 2 hour timeframe and arrived less than 30 minutes later as promised. His picture was provided so I knew exactly who to expect. Estimates were provided and all my questions were answered. Very pleased with the service provided.

I called Precision Door to fix my Garage Door. I called them because their web site clearly indicated that they did service work. One of the steel cables snapped and lifting the door manually was a real pain. I called on a tuesday and their service technician Scott was at my house the next afternoon as scheduled. He explained everything is very clear details as what were my options and the associated costs. We agreed on what I wanted done. He had all of the parts in his truck and completed the entire job quickly. Exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, prepared and completed as agreed upon. I'm sure when I decide to upgrade I'll give them the first call.

Scott was here less than 20 minutes and charged me $145.00 dollars for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! My garage door is in the same condition that it was before he came. I am not Satisfied! Right now I am also making a complaint to the BBB. BTW Scott asked me if he could put my initials on his computer and I said NO! When he asked me why I told him that I am not Satisfied with him for doing nothing.

A tech was available the same day I called for service for a garage door opener. Mike did the door safety check as explained on web site and determined the garage door needed repair. He had all necessary equipment to handle the repair. He clearly explained everything to me and presented me with options for repair. He did not pressure me in anyway to do repair with him. I choose the recommended option. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the complete process. I would definitely recommend this company.
