We called at approximately 3:30 and the owner was here by 4:30. We couldn’t open our door and he fixed it as good as new. He was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work. Very friendly and polite. If I could give more stars I would.

Anthony F. was absolutely wonderful! He got to our house closer to the end of the 2 hour window which was okay, but got everything done quickly & explained in detail why he was doing all the things that needed to be done. He was so so friendly, communicative, and helpful. We just moved into our house last year and have never had a garage before so he gave us some tips and tricks for maintenance as well. Left our garage as clean as if he never came to begin with! Definitely will be calling back and asking for him if we need anything in the future! Thanks Anthony! :)

Very professional company from answering the first phone call making the appointment right thru the service. I was happy that I could call for an appointment after hours. The person was very thorough and set me up with an appointment the next day. I received both a confirmation email and text message. In the morning I received an email that the tech was on his way and it also included a picture of him...nice touch doing that! Logan was our tech and he was very professional. We trusted him with fixing our problem. The door works great now. I highly recommend Precision Door Company!

I just want to say I'm so happy I called Precision when my garage door opener decided to fall. They sent Anthony out to take a look. He was great. He assesed the issue and went over the different choices I had to get the problem fixed. Once I decided what I wanted to do he had it fixed very fast considering the problem. He was very efficient and made sure everything was perfect. He is a genuine good person and very knowledgeable . We needed a repair for our overhead door in order to continue to get in and our of our garage. We contacted Precision, whom we had used previously. They came the same day and repaired the track that had rusted through. The technician was quick, fixed the problem correctly, and was friendly, respectful and explained what the problem was, what needed to be done, and told us the cost up front. I called Monday early afternoon, and Logan was in my driveway just after 6. He recognized that it wasn't a major repair needed. Our door came down on our car and bent the arm on our lift, making it inoperable. And since he noticed our door and opener were only a couple years old, he was able to fix it with a new arm, instead of trying to sell me a new door and opener. The whole process was smooth and the charge for the labor was very fair. Logan was friendly, transparent, and knew what to do. If and when I need a door or service, I'll definitely call again.
