After contacting Precision, Technician Brandon promptly called me back and fully explained the options and pricing. Contacted Precision Garage Door services witn a broken cable/springs on one of our garage doors, and within less than one hour a technician was already working and fixing the issue. The technician Steven Thayer was very professional with his suggestion on how he was going to fix the problem and how much the cost was going to be. We were very satisfied on how the 1st repaired garage door came out, that we had the second door done at the same time. This is an amazing company!!! My wife's garage door stopped working because it was getting jammed up when trying to open it. I gave Precision Garage Door a call around 2:00 pm on a Friday afternoon and they had someone at my house by 3:15 pm. I was amazed at how fast they arrived. A wonderful service man named Mike explained exactly how he was going to fix the problem and gave me an estimate. We told him that we accepted the offer and he got to work right away on it. I never expected that job would be done just a few hours after I called them. Mike did an amazing job on the doors and we were beyond pleased. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! From the ease of scheduling an online same day appointment, tech Steve called ahead, arrived early, clearly showed me the problem and offered two solutions. He made the repair quickly and was on his way. My neighbor asked what I had done and I told her what a great job Steve did and she said she wanted to have her door serviced and would give precision a call. to my surprise at 4:30 at the end of the workday Steve pulled into my neighbors driveway and waved to me as he got out.
