We needed a repair for our overhead door in order to continue to get in and our of our garage. We contacted Precision, whom we had used previously. They came the same day and repaired the track that had rusted through. The technician was quick, fixed the problem correctly, and was friendly, respectful and explained what the problem was, what needed to be done, and told us the cost up front. Will call again if we need to, a positive experience.

I called Monday early afternoon, and Logan was in my driveway just after 6. He recognized that it wasn't a major repair needed. Our door came down on our car and bent the arm on our lift, making it inoperable. And since he noticed our door and opener were only a couple years old, he was able to fix it with a new arm, instead of trying to sell me a new door and opener. The whole process was smooth and the charge for the labor was very fair. Logan was friendly, transparent, and knew what to do. If and when I need a door or service, I'll definitely call again.

We found you on the internet, and was impressed at how quickly you responded. Your sales rep/repair guy, Joe, was great, and our door and light work fine(light would not come on). The only surprise was the cost($600), which was about twice as much as expected, but I guess that's...inflation! I apologize for misspelling "precision" on your check, but I'm hard at hearing, and did not understand Joe when he corrected me(presition-changed c to s instead t to s)I think I had it). Dear Anthony, I prayed who to call and felt strongly to connect ,even though a gal my age suggested different. I am 82 + and was so pleased and grateful for his politeness and good manners coming to the door and not too close. We chatted and he sure listened well and encouraged me with such gentleness and then explained after he checked all over talking about what he saw. Good and not so good. Repeated more as well. He answered the choices he had after I went in the house to leave him to continue. He did not mind me watching and learning what I could. I just sensed an honesty as we chatted and then again explaining the new door and the rebuild choice. What a prayer was answered, as he completed fixing the door as it sure looks great. He will be back to finish the one problem I have with mice who chew the rubber seal on Wednesday. Pleasantly surprised. The tech who serviced my garage door opener was superb. He knew what he was doing. He also did not rush through the job but looked at everything in great detail. He was able to fix the assigned problem (A previous installer had left the job with cuts in the wires to the sensors...in 2 places) as well as going some anticipatory guidance. It is great to see a business where the employee cares about what he is doing and does an excellent job. An uplifting experience in contrast to the rest of the world.

Excellent service!! The receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. The technician called immediately to tell us he could be at our house within twenty minutes. He repaired our door in less than two hours. (Our cars were stuck in our garage because we could not lift the door. Our son is getting married this week, so we were anxious to get the repair done soon). Precision saved our lives!!!

I just want to say I'm so happy I called Precision when my garage door opener decided to fall. They sent Anthony out to take a look. He was great. He assesed the issue and went over the different choices I had to get the problem fixed. Once I decided what I wanted to do he had it fixed very fast considering the problem. He was very efficient and made sure everything was perfect. He is a genuine good person and very knowledgeable . I appreciate Anthony for coming to the rescue and will definitely call them again if any issue arrises. Thanks again
