Mike H's Bio:

I was born and raised in upstate New York. As one of Precision's most experienced talents you'll find me in every aspect of the business. After graduating St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute in 2000, I continued my education at Buffalo State and was also an All American football player. After a season in Arena Football, I headed to Spain to play and coach American football for 3 seasons. Since then, I have settled back home with my beautiful wife and daughter.

I had Precision Garage Door service come and install 2 new overhead doors on the garage I just had built. The techs were very professional and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work done by the Precision door team. Shortly after I had a small issue and Mike H. the tech who came to the house to rectify the issue went above and beyond to replace a faulty keypad. I am very happy that I chose this company to install my new doors.

Door wasn’t closing properly. Came out the same day I called and was apologetic that they were 1 hr into the 2 or 4 hour window, scheduler said and confirmation email said 2. Had fixed very quickly. Tech was very nice

I had called Overhead Doors to come repair a broken spring on an opener that had been installed by Overhead Doors about a year and 1/2 ago. I actually spoke with an Overhead Doors service representative who said that I would receive a call back the following week to set up an appt. date and time for the repair. 3 weeks went by. I never heard from them again. I decided to try another garage door place. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with a very pleasant representative who set me up with an appt. for the following Thursday. Michael Holbok came and quickly replaced the broken spring. While he was here I asked him if Precision replaced garage doors. When I found out that they did I ordered new garage doors. Within a few weeks the doors were in and Michael Holbok returned and installed them. We love our new doors and love Michael. He is so friendly, very personable and highly skilled at his job. I'm very pleased that I called Precision !!!!!! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage door needs !!!!!
