Your technician, Joe, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked the system, advised the door opener was working fine, that the problem involved the door system which had been in use for many years. He presented us with 3 options of repair and fully explained each. We selected the middle option and he proceeded to do the repairs. We checked the operation which ran smoothly and were very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Overall service was good. The website is a little misleading. I was not offered same day service as noted. I also had a garage door with a spring system that they could not repair, only replace. Tech was very knowledgeable and had job completed very quickly.

I called precision because my garage door was opening on its own without prompting. They arrived within 2 hours and gave me my options. I ended up purchasing a new unit as that seemed to be the best route forward. They were professional and timely and the opener has stopped opening on its own. I would recommend.
