My garage door spring broke at 2 PM rendering my door completely closed. I called Precision and was impressed with the entire experience from the initial phone call with the woman who answered the phone to inquire about service to the completion of my repairs. The super quick response was appreciated.The tech Mike was professional, friendly and courteous, explaining all of my repair options and the total costs. Mike also explained the whole repair process along the way and encouraged me to ask any questions. I was totally pleased with the work done and Mike’s performance. I will be needing a garage door opener shortly and rest assured I will be calling Precision when it’s time to purchase. I will also be asking for Mike as the Tech again because he did such a great job with the repair.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had with your company. I was extremely disappointed with the misleading information I was given and the overall unprofessional conduct of your representative. I was told I needed services that were completely unnecessary. Rather than assisting with the simple task of resetting my passcode, your representative attempted to pressure me into purchasing a new remote control or an entirely new door system—neither of which I needed. I found this approach to be deceptive and inappropriate. Additionally, I was initially quoted $149 for the service, which I believe was excessive given the circumstances. Only after I questioned the charge was it reduced to $79, which further raised concerns about the integrity of your pricing practices. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable doing business with your company in the future and would not recommend your services to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the professionalism and transparency of your service practices. Sincerely,

Very pleased of the response time of arriving after I called. The service rep Mike explained everything that needed to be done and made sure that after that he answered any questions we had.Mike was courteous and new exactly what needed to be done and took care of it. Also I was very pleased with the cost to do the job and would definity refer Precision to any body needy this type of replacement or repair!

This was our first experience with Precision Door and it was very good. Michael arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and advised us of what the best solution would be. He came back the next morning and installed two new motors with sensors, remotes, and keypads in record time. He answered all our questions. The price was very reasonable. We are completely satisfied with the job done and would recommend Michael to anyone who needs repairs on their overhead doors.

The technician Michael that repaired our garage door was very knowledgeable and professional very nice person . He repaired our garage door he could not reset the opener because our power was out because of the storm he explained to me how to reset it when power came back on. Michael left I called your company back to see if Michael was still in our area because our power came on the nice lady at your business said give me a moment she came back on the phone and said Michael could come back and reset the opener he came back in like 10 minutes reset our opener. Great customer services . If I had check you web site I would have asked for a senior discount and I missed out on a 15.00 coupon

I am a new home owner by inheritance. The garage doors are the original doors and are over 50 years old. It was tired and the springs broke and the cables were worn out. I called Precision because of the wonderful reviews in the Rome area on the website. I was very surprised from the first call, follow up communications, to the technician, as to how professional and efficient everyone was. The technitions were very friendly and did an outstanding job. Even when a problem arose after the day after installation they came back assesed the problem and fixed it quickly.I have a five year warrenty and I am sure they will honor it. All in all I am pleased with this new very quiet door assembly.

This is an amazing company!!! My wife's garage door stopped working because it was getting jammed up when trying to open it. I gave Precision Garage Door a call around 2:00 pm on a Friday afternoon and they had someone at my house by 3:15 pm. I was amazed at how fast they arrived. A wonderful service man named Mike explained exactly how he was going to fix the problem and gave me an estimate. We told him that we accepted the offer and he got to work right away on it. I never expected that job would be done just a few hours after I called them. Mike did an amazing job on the doors and we were beyond pleased. Our torsion spring broke on our garage door this afternoon. Googled broken torsion spring and Precision Garage Door Service came up. I called them, made an appointment and they were here within 40 minutes! He did a great job replacing the parts needed, had everything with him and was a great price. Mr. Bowles was the technician that came out to service the Garage Door Opener. He arrived 5 minutes earlier than 2PM for the 2-6 PM Service Window. He listened patiently to the explanation of the multiple issues being experienced with the GDO. He answered with the possible resolutions and cost. He was efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. He spent 10 minutes explaining the operation, the warranties, and the charges. Very happy with the professionalism of the representative of the company. I was more than impressed with the Precision's scheduling and follow up. I worked as a Service & Parts representative for 12 years and found that Precision delivered upon everything we strove for in delivering outstanding service.

I have a manual door and I needed a new lock put on and I thought it was a little expensive over $200. I just thought it was a little expensive. But on the flipside, the tech was very friendly and explained what he was going to do and was actually a lot earlier than they said that they were going to show which helped me out.
