Anthony went over the options, had all the parts and installed two garage door openers to replace ones that had served us for 20 years. The new ones are so quiet! My garage door spring broke at 12:30 pm on a Friday. I called Precision garage door and my garage door was fixed by 3 pm the same day! The technician explained everything and was friendly and professional. I was worried my car would be stuck in my garage all weekend. I definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

For the second day in a row, my garage door wouldn’t close/open properly. Called Precision in the morning, Anthony was at my house shortly after noon. Very, very courteous and professional. He addressed the immediate problem very quickly, and then we discussed any improvements that might be made to assure some longevity for my door (almost 15 years old). I decided on a couple of items to be done during that appointment, they were completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision for their timeliness, professionalism and honest evaluation of the equipment.

5 star service. My technician, Anthony Femano, was terrific! He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well. Absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating. Anthony was punctual, professional and quickly resolved the problem with our garage doors. I purchased 3 of the Carriage Garage Doors with the large windows two years ago and still receive comments as to how the doors compliment the overall appearance of the property. I would highly recommend this vendor if considering new garage doors.
