My garage door spring broke at 12:30 pm on a Friday. I called Precision garage door and my garage door was fixed by 3 pm the same day! For the second day in a row, my garage door wouldn’t close/open properly. Called Precision in the morning, Anthony was at my house shortly after noon. Very, very courteous and professional. He addressed the immediate problem very quickly, and then we discussed any improvements that might be made to assure some longevity for my door (almost 15 years old). I decided on a couple of items to be done during that appointment, they were completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision for their timeliness, professionalism and honest evaluation of the equipment.

He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well.
