Absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating. Anthony was punctual, professional and quickly resolved the problem with our garage doors. I purchased 3 of the Carriage Garage Doors with the large windows two years ago and still receive comments as to how the doors compliment the overall appearance of the property. I would highly recommend this vendor if considering new garage doors.

What a treat !! To actually speak to a live person and then have a repair tech come over the same day !!! My garage door wouldn't go down all the way and it was clear that it was off balance. I didn't want to have the garage door up over night so at 2pm, I called Precision and Anthony was at my house in less than 3 hours. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained my options and I chose the one that met my needs at the time. I may have been able to get the repair done at a lesser cost but I just wanted same day service and Precision did that for me. I called about 9am on 8/14/2023 with an issue with my garage door opener. The person (very helpful) said they could give me an appointment between 10and noon. I received a call and text about 10 and Anthony said he would be to my house in about twenty minutes. He showed up and we decided I needed a new opener. Gave all options available and I decided on the $699 one. Anthony installed the new one and was so nice and helpful. He made the process very easy. I just wanted to say my whole experience with your company was excellent from start to finish. Anthony did an awesome job.

Anthony, your representative was wonderful. He used his creative ingenuity to get into my garage so I could get to my car out and figured out why my door was not working.
