My garage door cable broke this morning at 10:30 am. I called Precision and they had a tech there by 12:45. Steve was professional , courteous and had everything back in service within a few hours. Steven and his helper were fantastic. Our garage door spring broke in the middle of the night and we were trapped with both cars in the garage and no way to open the door. Chose Precision based on local current reviews and recognizing some reviewers. Precision's service from first phone call to final inspection of the work performed was top shelf. Technician was knowledgeable, professional attitude, to the point and a no non-sense worker. All financial exposure was upfront and no pressure to do this and not that. Schedule was prompt and technician was on time to the minute. I am very more than pleased and would highly recommend them to any friend.

Dear Anthony, I prayed who to call and felt strongly to connect ,even though a gal my age suggested different. I am 82 + and was so pleased and grateful for his politeness and good manners coming to the door and not too close. We chatted and he sure listened well and encouraged me with such gentleness and then explained after he checked all over talking about what he saw. Good and not so good. Repeated more as well. He answered the choices he had after I went in the house to leave him to continue. He did not mind me watching and learning what I could. I just sensed an honesty as we chatted and then again explaining the new door and the rebuild choice. What a prayer was answered, as he completed fixing the door as it sure looks great. He will be back to finish the one problem I have with mice who chew the rubber seal on Wednesday. Pleasantly surprised. The tech who serviced my garage door opener was superb. He knew what he was doing. He also did not rush through the job but looked at everything in great detail. He was able to fix the assigned problem (A previous installer had left the job with cuts in the wires to the sensors...in 2 places) as well as going some anticipatory guidance. It is great to see a business where the employee cares about what he is doing and does an excellent job. An uplifting experience in contrast to the rest of the world.

I tried to leave my house and, much to my surprise, the spring in my garage door had broken and I couldn't get out. I called the original installer and 2 other companies, all of whom couldn't come out for days to a week. I called Precision and within 30 minutes, they had a tech (Steven) at my house. He diagnosed the problem, provided me with options, and made sure I understood the differences before he started working. In no time at all, I had a working garage door and peace of mind. Thank you all so much for your help!
