Steven arrived promptly at the beginning of the time slot. After a friendly greeting he assessed the problem, made recommendations, and I approved the work. Twenty five to thirty minutes later he was done. He offered some suggestions, said goodbye, and was on his way. Absolutely excellent service! Highly recommended.

Jason was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough and did a great job repairing our garage door. He even showed up a little earlier than our scheduled same day appt which was awesome! He explained what was needed and all of our options and before I knew it our garage door was fixed and opens better than ever! We are very thankful for all his time and expertise and will definitely refer/call again if we need garage door repair/replacement in the future. Thanks again!

5 star service. My technician, Anthony Femano, was terrific! He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He solved several issues for me such as: the outdoor key pad function and inside control and pairing 2 new car remotes. He checked the garage door itself to make sure it was functioning as well. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision.

I tried to leave my house and, much to my surprise, the spring in my garage door had broken and I couldn't get out. I called the original installer and 2 other companies, all of whom couldn't come out for days to a week. I called Precision and within 30 minutes, they had a tech (Steven) at my house. He diagnosed the problem, provided me with options, and made sure I understood the differences before he started working. In no time at all, I had a working garage door and peace of mind. What a treat !! To actually speak to a live person and then have a repair tech come over the same day !!! My garage door wouldn't go down all the way and it was clear that it was off balance. I didn't want to have the garage door up over night so at 2pm, I called Precision and Anthony was at my house in less than 3 hours. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained my options and I chose the one that met my needs at the time. I may have been able to get the repair done at a lesser cost but I just wanted same day service and Precision did that for me. Very professional company from answering the first phone call making the appointment right thru the service. I was happy that I could call for an appointment after hours. The person was very thorough and set me up with an appointment the next day. I received both a confirmation email and text message. In the morning I received an email that the tech was on his way and it also included a picture of him...nice touch doing that! Logan was our tech and he was very professional. We trusted him with fixing our problem. The door works great now. I highly recommend Precision Door Company!

I just want to say I'm so happy I called Precision when my garage door opener decided to fall. They sent Anthony out to take a look. He was great. He assesed the issue and went over the different choices I had to get the problem fixed. Once I decided what I wanted to do he had it fixed very fast considering the problem. He was very efficient and made sure everything was perfect. He is a genuine good person and very knowledgeable .
